Good cottage, very clean room, quest with a gift for kids, playground near each cottage, breakfast is ok, but you should book time of breakfast in advance, that's strange. Early Access to the part is a really worth thing. Check-in was very slow (

The location is very good, right at the entrance of the park, the restaurant is a bit understaffed

the service from staff was excellent. facilities great. we had breakfast verry good. food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family.

It's a bit old and the hygiene is average, but it's mainly for children. It's very convenient to enter and exit the park! There is a big bed and a small bunk bed, and there is a small push-pull bed under the small bed, which can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children!

Just back from daughter's 6th birthday stay. Last visit was 2023. Unfortunately it was better then. Paid for a premium Lego friends room. Not sure what makes it premium? Had a regular pirate room last time and had a nice view of the lake, quite a lot of space and the loot in the safe. This time having paid loads more we have a view and the noise of the air conditioning units round the front of the hotel? Television in the kids area wouldn't play the Lego TV only the news meanwhile the TV in the adults section played Lego friends. Same stuff in the safe. Food in the breakfast buffet really wasn't good enough, definite sign of cost cutting. If Legoland do ONE thing they'll put coffee machines back in. The hot drinks are abysmal, and forcing people to buy decent coffee from the bar at breakfast whilst offering dire coffee at the buffet isn't good enough. Over 300 a night and can't get a good drink to start the day? The cute castle in the lobby is now locked, kids can't play in it. Pool needs a good clean if not renovating. But most of all - where's the entertainment gone? One measly disco when we are eating isn't cutting it. It was only 2 years ago we had characters wandering around the restaurant, we had entertainers in the playground doing tricks and balloon animals of an evening. Summer holidays and slim pickings. Will be reconsidering staying on site next time as the experience just wasn't worth it.

We stayed at Legoland from 25th to 27th July for my son's 7th birthday on the 26th in a pirate themed room at the resort hotel. The room was well maintained, very clean and had tea and coffee facilities provided. There was also Lego in the room for kids to play with, a treasure hunt and a TV in their room showing Lego themed cartoons. Towels are provided as is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. It had everything we needed for a short break plus extras and we were very impressed. The hotel itself also has many facilities to keep the kids entertained. This includes a Lego area next to the restaurant, a small selection of arcades, a small swimming pool with pirate splash area and a large Lego playroom. My kids were never bored at all after the theme park was shut as there was so much for them to do. For the swimming, this has to be booked in advance and can be done online via your account. We picked the last slot both evenings at 6.30pm and found it to not be overly crowded. The pool is fairly small as is the pirate splash area but my children still enjoyed it for the full hour we were allocated. My son spent both hours just in the splash area as this was enough for him to have lots of fun! There were plenty of changing rooms, lockers are free and towels are also provided too. The only slight criticism I would give if anything is that there aren't enough showers. The Lego playroom in the hotel is brilliant. We only went in once on my son's birthday after swimming and spent a good hour in there. There is a small sensory room in there, an interactive area where you can build a Lego fish then see it swim on the screen (my kids loved this) and lots of different Lego areas. Would highly recommend visiting this when the theme park is shut at 5pm. (The playroom is open 3pm - 9pm). Breakfast is included in the price and we were very surprised at how good it was. My oldest daughter is a very fussy eater and even she found plenty of options to have. There are both cooked options such as bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, beans, etc as well as continental options such as croissants, pain au chocolats, pancakes, cereals, toast, fruit compotes, and fresh fruit. It is in a buffet style where you just help yourself to whatever you want. As with the swimming, breakfast needs to be booked in advance via your online account. The theme park itself was amazing. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had fun on all the rides they went on. Their particular favourites were flight of the sky lion, the monster house party, the pirate log flume and miniature speedway. The queues at times were terrible, we waited an hour for the ninjago ride and 40 minutes for the submarine ride. This was made worse by the reserve and ride people. I appreciate they have paid extra for the passes but it's really frustrating to see them get on straightaway when you have been waiting for a long time! On the second day we used the app to see queue times for the rides and went to the o
