Very busy as it was Ascot week. Room was lovely. Breakfast was great. Wish I’d known to prebook the parking but that’s my fault not the hotels.

I have been to this hotel several times. The location is very good. The Queen's Castle is 20 meters away. Opposite the hotel is the Windsor Water Bureau, which is said to be very historical. This is the worst hotel I have been in during this period. It looks good on the surface, but it is really shocking when you look closely. Even the breakfast menu has been used by the previous person. And one or two front desk staff have a very bad service attitude, very rude, which affects my mood.

First time in Windsor area. This hotel is located on the main road, easy to find, and convenient for going out and finding food. Check in is at 3pm. We arrived early and the staff stored our luggage for us. When we came back from playing outside, the room was already arranged for us. They are warm and polite at work👍👍👍👍👍

The staff wasn’t as helpful as I would of expected . We had WiFi issues
Breakfast wasn’t worth the money , I tried to cancel the second day breakfast but was unable too.
Location was excellent
We were on the top floor and room was nice and warm. No great views though
