The service was awesome. The facility was great and they also had great breakfast food. I gave you a five out of 10, but I definitely enjoyed myself in Wilmington North Carolina.

I stayed at this property because I had an early morning flight the next day from Wilmington Airport, and doing so was a mistake. The property's biggest drawback is that the neighborhood is very run down. When I parked next to my room, some of the other people staying here appeared to be long term residents, not people from out of town staying for a night or two. I was awakened in the middle of the night by someone trying to open my room's door - luckily I had deadbolted it. The lobby is closed overnight, and when I handed in my key at 6 AM, the employee on duty worked in a side office behind a thick barrier of bullet proof glass so he couldn't be robbed at gunpoint. Although the room itself was clean, and nicely remodeled, I can't remember the last time I was as scared about my personal safety as I was when I stayed here.

The beds were too small, definitely needed to indicate Beds are full not Queen. Disappointed with no pool. It was something to stay! Not for a family of 4!

I stayed in room 201. The headboard was peeling the bed squeak every time that you move couldn’t sleep because of the noisy bed.

Please give me a refund so I can redo my vacation!
The room we had was not properly cleaned. It smelled like pee from the time we walked in. I literally used an entire can of Lysol to spray the bathroom down , the bed and sheets as well as the single lounge chair that was available. It looked as if someone wasted an entire can of soda pop in it and let it air dry. The door that corrects to the adjacent room had been unlocked so I had to re lock iand the guest in that room had kids so we heard EVERY WORD they said to each other ALL NIGHT Long!! This was probably the WORST overnight stay I have ever experienced and I’m 52 years old and have traveled to South Africa, Dubai, Jamaica and MANY locations state side! This was the worst and at over $360 for the night the MOST EXPENSIVE.!!
