How anyone rated this more than 2 stars is beyond me. Our room smelled like smoke and musty, the mattresses were old and I could feel the springs in my back. The curtains were falling off and stains all over carpets. There was no remote I had to unplug the TV LOL. Dump! Needed a room to sleep in from airport to leave early so didn't spend much, but literally worst hotel I stayed in in 20 years. The gentleman at the front desk was nice...

We stayed here in April 2024 and have to say the property was not as good this visit, but they need to be cut a little break since the entire hotel is under renovations. The 1 area where they really dropped the ball and didn't have to was in the breakfast area, because gone were the eggs, sausage, etc and we were left with a very basic breakfast and 1 morning had cold coffee, no bowls for cereal and no milk for a period of time. Our "old room" was spacious and fine and the construction on the 1st floor didn't bother us. Pricing was ok and I'm sure everything will be completed by 2026, hopefully getting back to form. The front desk staff we encountered was wonderful, even getting us into our room that day at 1PM, which is always a plus.

Name should be changed to Uncomfortable Wannabe Suites. The motel not a hotel is Run down and smells like hot garbage and warm cheese.

Staff was unfriendly, I tried to be pleasant and got no friendliness back. Noticed fire alarms were bagged and taped up. My wife got in a foot race with a 2inch roach in the hallway by the laundry room. Air conditioner was on the Fritz. Hot night.

They are doing renovations. It was my mother's 84th birthday. We had everything planned. At check in, We had about 45 minutes to freshen up and make our dinner reservations. Upon check in, we were told, "You get to have one of our new bathrooms!". Upon entering the room, There was not a mirror in the bathroom. Yes, there was one right outside the bathroom but the nearest outlet was in the bathroom about 10 foot away. I called down to the front desk and told the lady that I had never seen a bathroom without a mirror. She informed me that I could checkout for a full refund. We did not have time. I asked could she not give us some kind of discount for the inconvenience. She said no. I said goodbye and hung up. After leaving my review, she sends me an email stated that I am ENTITLED and a BULLY because I wanted a mirror. I paid $140.00 for that room. I do not feel that a mirror in the bathroom makes me entitled nor did I try to bully anyone. I asked for a discount. I feel that the hotel could have contacted me the day before to give me time to make other arrangements. I do not recommend this hotel nor Beth at the front desk.
