We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for a youth soccer tournament and were shocked to discover a $250+ “damage” charge added to our bill weeks later. After speaking with other families who were present, it appears the hotel staff may have mistaken a member of our family for someone else involved in an incident that evening — another Asian family. The possibility that this misidentification was influenced by racial bias is deeply troubling. What followed made the situation even worse. The hotel’s management and staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and slow to respond, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. A simple acknowledgment of their mistake and removal of the charge would have been enough. Instead, we were met with silence and a lack of accountability. This was, without question, the worst customer experience I’ve had at any hotel.

This was our third multi-night stay at this hotel. Things have changed from the previous stays! We stayed 3 nights in mid-September, 2025. We received absolutely NO room cleaning/stocking service during our stay. We did not put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. After a long day out, we had to go back down to the desk and request towels, coffee, coffee cups and toilet paper. Seriously. We talked to the evening manager, who was very professional and helpful. He left messages after the first time, and we thought all would be fine on our last night. No, it wasn't. Clearly management was not interested. It is strange that customers are penalized for staying more than one night, and in our case, those additional nights were during the higher priced weekend. Difficult to believe. Also, no bottled water or snacks during the day in the lobby. We really like the location of this hotel, but with the current management, it is best suited for one-night stays only.

We were put in a dirty room. Steven at the front desk sorted out the issue and ungraded our room. The water in the shower was lukewarm and the flow was weak.
The next night our room key wouldnt work. Steven sorted this out too.
Holiday Inn hotels used to be impressive. Great breakfast, clean.cotton sheets and clean rooms. This is no longer the case. We will not be using this brand again.
I wish every employee was like Steven.

Stayed at alot of hotels in my lifetime. 1st time Iv ever been denied a late check out when Ive requested in advance. Good stay though, and good breakfast

Rooms was clean and smells very fresh when I entered in the rooms I was on 4th floor. Friendly staff breakfast was hot and plenty of items.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
