Love this hotel! Great breakfast in the morning and the huge pool area with the kids splash pad area is the best! My kids ask monthly when can we go back, already booked a return trip to the area!

Worst front desk staff that I ever encountered at a Hilton, lousy customer service skills. Upon check-in the front desk clerk seemed that she had no desire to be there. No acknowledgement for being a Dimond member. Asked if there was any upgrades available she gave me a room which was less then what I booked, no outside windows felt like I was in a basement. Had to get switched to what I originally booked which was better then the first room but had no desk chair had to go back to the front desk again to have one brought in. Another grumpy employee came with the chair. Rooms are dated and in need of renovations. Room smelled clean upon entering but after whatever they sprayed wore off it smelled like dogs had the room before us, didn't want to switch again so we put up with it until the second night when the smell got to be too much and decided to pack up and leave at 4am. On a positive note the staff at the breakfast service were pleasant and helpful, the lobby area was very nice and looks like it has been updated but unfortunately we don't sleep in the lobby. Will not stay there again.

We checked in late in the night of July 12 after 11 hours on the road. We were assigned room 1013 where both beds get direct air blowing at high speed from the vent. The beds should have been placed on the opposite side of the room. The sole female desk clerk was quite abrasive and unsympathetic. Her response was that the layout of the room “is a personal choice”, but assigned us room 3032, which has a very musty odour. The next morning we went to the desk to complain and were greeted by Rose. Rose is extremely an extremely professional ambassador for your brand. She was very understanding and kind, and we noticed her greeting other guests in the same manor. She should be afforded any employee courtesy you can give her.

Everything about the hotel was nice, except there was an actual poop stain on my bed sheets. Clearly were not cleaned. They smelled awful.

Walked in to the hotel greeted by Kira great personality help me with my room location and also gave me great idea about the local parks I give this hotel 20 stars just because I would recommend the MADE restaurant and server Jamar quick friendly service

We dined at the MADE bistro and had Jamaal as our waiter. He was so kind, prompt and he truly went above and beyond to accommodate my young family. Not to mention, The food was delicious, came quickly and they had generous portion sizes.

Amazing hotel and staff. Lynn on housekeeping and Rose at the front desk were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were large and clean, the pool and mini water play area were clean and well maintained. Beautiful pond side view as well. Can't wait to come back and stay again.
