Nice property outside but showing its age inside, room wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Odd breakfast policy that is not well documented, you need to pay first and then there is no service. HVAC system makes a rattling noise on startup and shutdown. Lastly, and my biggest pet peeve, if you are going to force us to use the "public trough" of soap, please fill the damn things!!! Once you are mid shower it is too late to find out your bath gel is empty! Go back to bottled products PLEASE!

We came here last year for the same conference and were disappointed in the renovations that have been made. The new faux hardwood floor is not an improvement over the carpeting, especially as the weather cools and the floor gets cold! The staff has been very helpful and kind and Rosa, the manager in the cafe was wonderful!

Rose at the front desk was exceptionally warm and welcoming making my entire family feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast staff were very friendly and kept our tables cleared and always ready to assist. Although a breakfast buffet the staff and table service was 5 star. The grill station was a nice additional option to the buffet. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We did not hear any noise from other rooms or hallway traffic. Was nice having a room overlooking center of hotel. The pool was definitely not your typical hotel pool. The large main pool area had plenty of seating and the walls were painted with fun fish scenes. The large play area of the pool was separate for younger children. Towels were provided. Grocery, drug store and fast food nearby if needed . We found the hotel and staff met and exceeded all areas!

I was there with friends for a collector convention, and the staff was more than accommodating. The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The area is beautiful & the cookies were great, as well!
