Friendly staff and moderately comfortable. Television didn’t work and the toilet needs repair. The breakfast was okay.

Parking was a problem - not enough handicapped spaces - had to park on opposite side of building to get to my room

Poor towel quality-old and thin. Room had moldy/mildew smell. TV did not work. Was very disappointed. For the cost of the room we expected better

I had to switch room because my door wouldn’t lock. Entrance by parking is supposed to be locked and secured but it was not. Instead it had a tape with a card to leave it unlocked. Which is not safe as that back entrance does not look like a safe place

Positives: The bed was very comfortable, air worked well, and staff was nice. Negatives: The place was full of unpleasant smells, very old so sorta unclean looking, the toilet didn’t flush well, the shower faucet dripped continuously, there is no in room coffee pot, and no ironing board and iron although we were able to get one to use from front desk. The room was small with no dressers to put anything, nearly no hanging space, not enough outlets and lots of ambient noise from doors closing, other people. Overall 3/10

The rooms were nasty and had bed bugs. And the employees /owners were rude my experience was so bad and when I complained they got angry at me. 10/10 do not recommend. Honestly would rather sleep in my car then lay my head down at that place I left there feeling like bugs were crawling on me.

Only negative was the towels were very worn out and not fluffy at all.
