Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Williston

Restaurant has an elegant and beautiful design. Staff is knowledgeable throughout the whole hotel. Rooms were clean and accommodating.

Our room was clean and the staff was pleasant and polite. However, there was a vomit smell outside the elevator on the main floor and a similar smell inside the elevator itself. We were there over 4 days and we reported it several times each day. The staff said they wiped down the elevator and changed out the garbage bags, but the smell persisted. It was still there when we checked out, and as we left, we mentioned it again. The breakfast area bathrooms were disgusting. They were dirty, dark, and had no hot water which makes one wonder if the workers are washing their hands in only cold water. There was no drinking water provided, just juice and coffee. There was also a toilet plunger that sat outside our door for our entire stay. Eww! There are much better options in Williston.

Great place This is the second stay and the hotel is clean, well appointed and in a good location. Shopping and restaurants are close.

The staff makes this place. Every time I stay here for business they go above and beyond to help. Sometimes it is when I use the business center, and most recently when I became ill with the flu. I was brought to my room teas and honey. Made me feel like I was recovering at home with care.

The hotel was nice and our room was spacious. The parking lot was packed and a pain to maneuver or finding a spot to unload. Nice stay, but their parking lot could be expanded.

Phenomenal staff. Mercedes is the best and you can tell she truly cares about the hotel guests. I encountered a situation outside the hotel, reported it and the manager was very empathetic and supportive. It was no fault of the hotel as was another guest. Very clean.
