The staff was friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room wasn’t very clean, the carpet felt sticky, there was crumbs or something on the table. Overall cleanliness was not good.

If you want to use your hotspot just to use the TV because the WiFi is non-existent, a place with a pool but the pool doesn’t work, and a senseless “workout room”. Then book a night at this very disappointing hotel! Also not to mention the “one plate per customer” policy for breakfast, I didn’t even eat a full plate of food but seeing that made me want to eat 5 full plates. I’d much rather pay the extra buck next time.

Customer service had checked out early
Pool was closed, tv did not work, took 2 hour to get assistance, drain in bathtub was plugged. Not to mention 25 minutes to get checked in

Very disappointed with Williston Microtel
Paid over $100/night for a room thats worth $50/night at best. The queen size bed took up 90% of the room. Had 2 people staying in the room it was way to small for the price

My husband needed to travel to Williston for a quick work situation. The regular hotels he stays at were fully booked. We had stayed at Microtel in the past, so he gave it a try.
What a disaster. The room had candy wrappers and other things on the floor and had NOT been cleaned. He called to tell me and I called the front desk. There was a nice gentleman that said that they had some employee issues and would get it cleaned the next day. Nope. Didn't happen. Nor the next day.
My husband said politely "Knock Microtel off our list of ANYWHERE I would ever stay again."

Checked in and had to be moved three times to a decent room
1st room had body fluids on the bed, sink was broken and bathroom vent was hanging from ceiling.
2nd room had broken AC, broken vent in bathroom and broken phone
3rd room was clean but paint on the carpet and vent was partially hanging from ceiling in bathroom.
