Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williston

If your looking for a clean well kept facility you might look elsewhere. Given that I’ve spent 500+ for two nights I expect better than this.

Front desk staff when we checked in was awesome. Justin was very helpful and accommodating and recommended places to go eat. Room was renovated and clean and beds were comfy He gets a 5 star ⭐️. Unfortunately at 1:00 am someone tried to enter our room. The door was bolted and the door latch was on. It was very startling as we were sleeping by then. The door did open but the latch stopped the person from getting in. It was clearly done with a master key as we tried in the morning to enter with it all locked and the lights were flashing green and red and we couldn’t get it to open. Horrible and scary. Then when we checked out I reported the incident to the front desk staff and asked if there was a security guard checking rooms at night. She said no. I asked if the workers there renovating had master keys and were they staying at the hotel? She said no. I asked do any staff stay there and have access to the rooms? She said no. So who was it then? I proceeded to pay the bill in cash for the night as they have a 3.99.% credit card fee. The girl gave me a price of $181.83 I gave her the money and she asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes please. Waited a bit and she walked out and asked if I was the person on the receipt that I just paid for. I said no and gave her my name. She said the printer was not working properly and she would get my receipt but it would take a few minutes. Then another girl comes out and starts saying I was given the wrong room price. Ok I say how much more do I owe? So I pay the difference and get the receipt emailed. If I paid and just left without getting the receipt I would have paid for someone else’s room and then would have been charged for our room on the credit card they had on file for incidentals. Unacceptable!!!!.Always get a receipt!!!!!

Angie was awesome...thank to all the staff a friendly. The warming g room was cool and the lockers there are awesome.... I did have to reset a lot it could be because I have a magnetic phone holder thank to staff for being nice. Food was awesome also breakfast was the best ice machine works over a comfortable stay
