We are 5 minutes from the Ark and within walking distance to boutiques antique stores and restaurants. The unit is on the second floor and it has 2 beds and a pull out sofa sleeper, with a single cot on site. Washer and dryer are available and pets are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee. Youth Group Trip
Couch bed & roll-away were in pretty sad shape, & really the lack of adequate A/C ruined our whole week. We had fans running but the temp never got below 75 - most of the time the best it would get is 77-79 degrees. There was a portable A/C unit in 1 bedroom but it wasn’t capable of cooling the rest of the apartment. There was a window A/C unit in another room but it didn’t do much either. The main thermostat never seemed to work at all - if you put your hand to a ceiling vent it barely was blowing & it wasn’t that cool. We messaged the host about the temps, but really got no solutions other than what was just mentioned & that was the first 2 nights out of 7. The final 4 or 5 nights we got no further response on a better solution to cool things down.

Perfect spot for Ark Encounter
We had and excellent stay everything was literally 5 mins away. My children enjoyed the available space in the apartment.

Great stay
We came to enjoy the arc encounter and had a great time. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was close to restaurants and easy to find and park.

Great time
The place was great. Lots of room and comfortable. The thing is that the ones next door was running around in their place around 10 or 11pm. It was really noisy. But other than that it was a great place. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much.

Met Expectations
My wife and kids had fun staying at this property. My wife likes old histrionic places so she enjoyed the wood floors, door frames and old door handles.
I liked how close it was to the Ark, how safe I felt with my kids. I wish we had more time to walk the shops near by. We would definitely stay there again.

Good management of space/Practical
The sleeping arrangements were just as stated. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements and good management of space. Apartment was clean. Communication was clear. Not fancy but practical and met our needs well.
