As far as motels go, it was a lot more pleasant than some beachfront hotels I’ve been in.
It’s a motel so you’re not going to get the bells and whistles you do with hotels but clean room, nice staff, quiet area and everything. For less than $100 in Williamsburg, you can’t complain

Ran down dirty rooms with a lot of broken items in the room ( bathroom fan, toilet, outlet). The a/c smelled horrible. They also came in our room when we left for a little to turn off the a/c and the room was hot as hell when we got back. There was no continental breakfast! We also had a smoke free room but the covers on the beds had burn holes in them!

The tv cable was going in and out at times. I thought they did serve a breakfast but did not. The shampoo was empty in the room. I did like the table and 2 chairs. The pool was a nice feature.

The bathroom was half painted. The shower delivered barely hot water. Ice machine was broken. Bed was awful.

It is conveniently located near Historic Colonial Williamsburg- and the staff were very friendly.
The room itself was clean and spacious. Sadly, similarly to many hotel rooms, the shower was confusing and resulted in a few cold showers.
Check out felt a bit rushed. (Ei: Banging on my door at 10 when I had until 11am.) This after forgetting to add me to the room service list- when requesting in person at the front desk 24hrs in advance.
Overall, my enjoyment of my stay outweighed my few qualms. Give them a try.

This place is absolutely horrible. The owner said that there was a complaint about me being loud at 1AM. I told him that I was sleeping at 1AM, that it must have been someone else. He said I was slamming doors, and just making up crazy things. So I checked out early. No hot water for shower, smelly and dirty.

Not horrible
Honestly we stayed at the Red Roof inn across the street last time we were in the area and paid more and the room was a mess. Paid less here not expecting much and it honestly wasn't that bad. Room was pretty clean besides a stain here and there. Check in and out was quick. Just dropped room keys off in a bin and left.

For the price and location it was great for me. You get what you pay for. My room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.
