Everything was great, no complaints at all.

Staff was excellent. Accommodations were clean. Loved the amenities.

This hotel needs attention. I had a stained ottoman, a leaky toilet, and paint peeling in the shower. In addition the hvac is an old school wall unit with the thermostat in the unit therefore only one side of the room reaches the desired temperature. There is a small ceiling fan on the other side of the room. The staff is very nice.

Honestly SO bad. As Marriott loyalty customers for 30 years and Titanium level, we are rethinking Bonvoy as a whole. This is a trend. New properties are great. Older properties aren't cared for at all. Filthy, not working windows that we propped up to air out the room that was 'over scented' and making my eyes burn. Peeling paint in the bathroom. A completely rusted lamp and torn up furniture. Maid service every four days? Leave your old towels and trash in the hall? Common areas had carpet spots and so did upholstery. Lobby doors were so dirty you couldn't see through them. Gross.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and have been for more than 10 years. I booked this hotel for my in-laws under my membership. When they arrived the room was not ready but I did schedule check in for 2 pm and they said the room wouldn't be ready till 4. It was after 4:30 and still wasn’t ready. Secondly my reservation settings are for feather free rooms. The room was not feather free and my mother in law has an allergy to duck down. Worse yet my wife will go into anaphylactic shock so the reservation settings are for us mostly. When the room wasn’t correct they stated the reservation didn’t state feather free and if it did they couldn’t see it. This has become a major issue with Marriott. They have settings on their app for members reservations but the hotels do almost nothing to meet those requests. The front end desk was not friendly and my in-laws felt like their needs were an imposition to the staff. Please be aware that if you have any special needs besides just needing a basic room the brand seams to have slipped. Unfortunately it seams that their focus has gone to their resorts and vacation club and no longer to the everyday consumer.

Hotel is dated. WiFi is very spotty. Front desk not very friendly. After I checked out, I realized I left a pair of shoes and a brand new golf shirt. I called the hotel about 3 hours later and after being left on hold a very long time, the front desk person said she couldn’t find them. I doubt she looked.
