A wonderful, historic place. Check in was very easy. Although there was no staff on site, great communication and very warm and responsive team. The rooms were beautiful, clean comfortable and decorated with so much thought and attention to detail. The location is right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Very safe and welcoming area. If you’re into the paranormal, this place absolutely delivers and my experience was very… memorable. But in a playful way, not at all unwelcoming or scary. I don’t have anything bad to say about it… The only considerations I would point out are the obvious: the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are old and a bit steep, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

What a treasure!
We love staying at historic hotels and this was one of the best. Perfect for a stopover as we drove from New Mexico to California. Check-in was easy. Yes the stairs are steep, and we just left our suitcases in the car. The hotel is beautifully restored and we appreciated all the details of the decor and furnishings. We loved the Best Gals room and watching trains go by. Very charming. Also close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking right in front. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun!
We come to Williams every 4th, but this was our first time at this hotel. It was wonderful! The view is awesome and the location couldn’t be better. The stairs are a healthy little workout.

I was not expecting such a nice room and so I was very surprised at how nice this Inn is in the great location in the historic downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

My brother stayed here many years ago and highly recommended the place. We loved the history of the building. The decorations fit the history! Everything was clean and they had everything you would need for a stay. A much more fun experience than a cookie cutter chain hotel!

I loved the style of the room. It was clean and very comfortable. We were sent a code for self check in before we arrived and instructions what to do with the key on check out. We had a nice view from the room and everything we needed for our break. I would definitely recommend. It wasn't a negative for us and the manager advised us to travel light as there is no elevetator. It helped as we only took what we needed while staying there.

Absolutely loved staying there. Such a cute place with so much history. Close to food and entertainment so once you check in you can walk everywhere.
All instructions or information needed was very well communicated.

Charming little hotel with an equally charming history! I stayed in the Madam’s room, which was cozy and comfortable. Unexpected perk - the toiletries smelled amazing and left my hair soft and shiny! I would definitely stay again!
