I has a great stay at the RV. The environment is quiet and spacious. the morning sunrise was stunning.

A great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun.
As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time.
Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not "hot". We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot.

very bad surprise when we arrived: we had to pay an extra €135! Not bad for a reservation at €275! In fact it was not you (Trip.com) who booked for us, but *******! Well done, thank you Trip.com! We were thinking of having a mobile home (for 3, we had requested 2 beds) and ******* would have requested 2 mobile homes! And the taxes to be paid were very poorly estimated by you Trip.com! You told us 25 dollars, but it was 65!
Really, we wondered what you used Trip.com for?

I'm satisfied with everything except that check-in has to be done after 4:00 pm. Then I have to pay a cleaning fee of US$72. I feel like I've been kidnapped. Everything else is satisfactory.

There were a lot of "Rules" for staying in the RV.
Beds were not very comfortable and there were no extra blankets- I was very cold and had to put my clothes back on to be warm enough to sleep.
Shower door did not work properly, and hot water tank only held enoughfor a 5 minute shower, then required 20 minutes to heat up enough for another one.
The place seems to be more like a place where used RVs go to retire than RV "Glamping". Way WAY overpriced for what you get.
