O hotel é muito bem localizado e tem uma ótima estrutura.
Piscina grande e hidromassagem muito agradáveis.
Serviço de toalha de praia está disponível gratuitamente.
Jardinagem bem cuidada.
Restaurante e bar com ótimas e deliciosas opções, porém com preço um pouco acima do que de restaurantes centrais, o que acaba sendo compreensível por conta da comodidade.
Atendimento muito cordial.
Minha única insatisfação é com o quarto que precisa de uma reforma e modernização. É antigo, cama antiga, banheiro feio.

I have been around, and in every country I visited, Sushi always was, is and will be on my menu. One thing I am sure, Lagoon Restaurant at Acoya Hotel, Curacao, has one of the best sushi i have ever had. The presentation, the taste. No contest. Highly recomended to sushi lovers.

A lovely big villa with a private plunge pool and very close to the main pool and restaurant. We used both a lot, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout the whole week. The fountain show and karaoke were a highlight! We used the free shuttle to downtown, the beach and grocery store, which was really helpful. Lounge in a cabana by the pool and watch the sky drift by!

Upon arrival we were met by the most unpleasant and rude girl on reception had to wait 90 minutes until after check in time to get our room, no apology, no explanation as to why our room wasn’t ready for us Our room was dirty, very dated and the “private pool” in our “suite” looked like pond water. The staff are rude, unhelpful and look like you’re an inconvenience to them Breakfast was disgusting, hardly any options. The photos of the hotel look nothing like what it actually looks like.
