The master bedroom is on the upper level of the home with a private loft balcony and is fitted with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The main level accommodates 6 or more guests in 2 additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and has a private bathroom. The third bedroom features two bunk beds: one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with the property manager. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 8 people for this property. -> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
