Meadow View

We stayed at Meadow View for one night. Our room, Magnolia, was immaculate. The hosts were welcoming and had supplied everything we could need, even a lovely slice of cake on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was great - a varied menu. A great place to stay and we’d love to go back in the summer to see more of the area.

A truly lovely place to stay. Everything you could want in a room and more. Breakfast .... well if you had a full English, you surely would not have room for lunch. Everywhere beautifully clean, very comfy bed. Could not fault it in any way and will highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in North Norfolk. Thank you Sam

The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We had a wonderful night's stay at the Meadow View guest house and wished we had been staying for longer! Fantastic communication from Sam before the stay, and a lovely welcome of homemade cake on arrival. Our room, the Sandlewood suite, was perfect and had everything we needed. There was also a fridge in the corridor to keep our bottle of fizz cold, and a very good value honesty bar in the communal lounge. The gardens are beautiful and we sat out watching the sun go down and listening to the birds while drinking our fizz. The next morning we both had a sumptuous breakfast of Eggs Benedict and fruit salads from the huge choice of options and we met the lovely Sam and Carol. We will definitely stay here again when we are in North Norfolk - thank you for a fabulous stay.

Just returned from 2 fabulous nights at this very well appointed B and B's. Lovely and clean rooms , a well stocked mini bar in the communal lounge with good prices . There is also an added bonus of a hot tub for all to use with a beautiful outlook over fields at the rear of the property. The breakfast had a very good choice and was very tasty and well cooked, would also add it's a great location for visiting Wells , it's really not far in a car . The only very slight negative I would say is that the room we had was at the front of the property adjacent to a road and at times cars and tractors woke us up . Wouldn't let that us stopping here again though, it really was that good, with lovely friendly staff too . Probably one of the best B and B's we've ever stayed at
