I checked into a room the sink had no hit water I was told by the receptionist that they don’t have maintenance on the week end I had to wait until Monday I was due to check out the next day.

Manager Dwight has made this experience extremely comfortable for me. No task has been to big for him or Will Nadia, Joann and Adam are always ready to answer my questions. The service here has been Top Tier

Clean and friendly hotel, Employees are very nice and friendly. My family and I have been here a while, it's very affordable, clean laundry room. Management is wonderful.

My continuing stay has been great for the most part, especially the staff. They are always friendly and very attentive to whatever you need. Since I work mostly in the afternoon and evenings a lot of my interaction are with the night time and overnight staff. All three women that usually work during those times are such a pleasure to deal with. They are all very friendly, always say hello and ask if there is anything that I need. I want to give a specific shout out to Lania and Joanna since they are who I deal with the most. They are both very attentive and easy to talk to. They make me feel welcome and valued no matter what time of night. They always ask if there is anything I need or if they can do anything to make my stay better. I can't tell you how refreshing that sort of treatment is, especially in today's world when more times than not people don't seem to care like they used to. Lania is always so nice to me and makes sure to ask me how my day was and if there's anything I need. And Joanna always has a smile on her face and seems to be in a great mood no matter how her day went or what time it is. So, thank you ladies, you've both really made my stay here great. Woodspring Suites is lucky to have employed two awesome people! I don't want to leave anyone out because Derelle and the rest of the staff are great as well, its just that I deal with Lania and Joanna much more. Thank you everyone!

clean rooms, friendly staff! they are quick if you need new linens and towels as well, Tinesha was a great help too while i stayed!
