This house was located conveniently to many of the parks with waterfalls! We loved how quiet it was out at the property. It was so peaceful having our coffee either on the front porch rocking chairs or on the back porch overlooking the creek. We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful place to stay. The house, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean! Communication from the hosts was very fast and they were very easy to communicate with.. We didn't have any issues at all and enjoyed our stay immensely!

2nd time at this wonderful place. Dawn, the host was amazing. We were thrilled to get the confirmation. Redbud Acres is a delightful place that really does allow you to experience the local natural history and scenery. The facility is equipped well and the deck, overlooking Cherry Creek, is a wonderful place to have an afternoon beverage and truly relax. If I am in the vicinity, I am staying again.

Waterfall Paradise
My wife & I came to Dawn’s house on the creek to enjoy several days of waterfall hiking. Everything about the house and interactions with the hostess were perfect. The house is clean, roomy, comfortable and stocked with many little extras that we felt were very considerate on the part of the hostess. The front & back porches are great for sitting, sipping and just enjoying the outside air and views of nature(large trees, huge front yard, animals, birds, and the beautiful cold and crystal clear creek, including the two small waterfalls up stream on the property. The house is the perfect location if you’re considering going on waterfall hikes. Many waterfalls 15-20 minutes away and so many more 30-45 minutes. Travel is super easy getting around and very little traffic. This area is one of the most beautiful and unique places in this country with the gorgeous gorges and abundant waterfalls, so many great swimming holes and beautiful friendly people all over.

Fantastic
A wonderful place to stay, central to all the parks, and a short drive to the distilleries. A fully stocked kitchen. Clean, bright. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets, towels and wash cloths. Great porch overlooking a stream to have morning coffee or nighttime drinks. We all agreed we would definitely go back. The hostess is easy to contact and very responsive.

Peacefully Private
We picked this property because of the location and what we wanted to do while we were there. We were close to all the State Parks and waterfalls we visited. It was a clean, comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch for morning coffee and again for evening beverages. Such a peaceful and private setting that made our vacation a true getaway. Communications with Dawn before and during our stay was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the area. You won’t be disappointed.
