Leuk hotel met zeer ruime en schone kamers. Het personeel is vriendelijk en service gericht. Locatie is prima voor wintersport. Wel enigzins geïsoleerd gelegen

Many shards of broken glass were found in two of the hotel's coffee cups. And a bottle of soap is empty. The broken pieces are too small to fit into a glass, so there is a possibility that they may have gotten mixed into other dishes, and I am afraid I cannot eat with them. I sent messages to hotel by a chat, but they read and ignored my message midway through! We couldn’t eat dinner although we stayed a room with kitchen! The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed!! Please don’t stay here!!!!

It’s all done on-line - which is, I guess, more and more ‘normal’ these days - but… doing everything via long door codes is a pain, and, once you gain access to your room, it’s like stepping back into the 80’s (as that’s also probably the last time that it was decorated, and the balcony cleaned)?! It has everything that you need, but very little that matches - or of high quality - and it does have air-con., but… the noise that it made was outrageous! All in all, however, the inside is bearable. As for the outside, on the balcony, it is filthy - not grubby or dirty, but downright filthy - and it also has the charming feature of a gas vent, from some unknown piece of plant, that projects into the space that a sat down person would normally put their head?! As such, it is ok, but it’s not great!

The property was well located and convenient. The biggest drawback was the bed, which felt small and at times felt like you were sleeping on a trampoline when my spouse moved at all.

Our stay was perfect at the Alpenglow Lodge in Whistler. Our suite provided everything and more that we would have required for our stay. It was clean and fully functional for me and my kids. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful mountains and village.The staff at the Alpenglow were thoughtful and lovely, always greeted us with a smile and answered any question graciously. Thank you for the great memories! We’ll be back! 😁

The toilet was clogged, Airconditioner was not working yet making noise like a Generator. There were no supplies in the bathroom. On top of that when I asked for a change of room I was told We r fully booked and can't help you with clogged toilet.Had to find another Hotel at short notice. Overall a Rip off and not a great place to stay period.
