Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. old used soap on the floor in bathroom, food left on carpet, remote control so filthy with gunk, it just kept me focused on what else was left behind unnoticed.. Their focus was on why we didn’t consult with them immediately upon finding said items.. obviously we were there to have fun, only seeing things throughout our stay and after the fact.. front desk was as dismissive as management, wishing us a better stay in the future.. good luck with that.

BEWARE! This hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The lobby where you check in is filled with cigarette smoke. It permeates your clothing before you can get out of the check in area. It is simply awful to know you need to launder your clothing before you can go out for the evening. Bring lots of clothes because the cigarette smoke in the lobby is simply unbearable. Yucky. Do better.

I stayed at the Silver Reef Resort and ****** over Memorial Day weekend 2024 with some friends. The room was spacious and nice, with modern decor. Some wall outlets didn't work in our room, but that was the only problem we had. We ate in the Asian restaurant where service was slow but the food was good. Overall, we had a good two- night stay and I would stay there again. It was a good location for our plan to spend a day in Bellingham and take a day trip up to Vancouver BC.

The rooms are ok, stayed I. The north tower this time, we won’t do that again. The smell of smoke is very strong, the room was smoke free but very strong on the ways to rooms. Very disappointed that there is only 1 $10 black Jack table and 1 $25 black jack. Waited all night to play and never got on. The staff in the Red River cafe are very nice, the food is good. I felt it was good value for the money.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews! Check in was easy and efficient, and every single employee we interacted with was quite pleasant. The south tower hotel room was clean and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be the hotel rooms are not soundproof, and the doors are noisy when they shut. Hubby and I had a great time playing the slot machines, and left with more cash than we arrived with. The meals and service were good. What more could we ask for? Thank you Silver Reef for a great anniversary celebration!

I've stayed here a couple of times in the past, and have to say I find that it is overpriced for the most part. I did eat at the Red River Cafe and the food and service were good. However, there were a lot of slot machines that were blank as in 'not in service' scattered throughout the ****** floor. And I have to say that the hotel is looking 'tired'. I tried to get a drink at the bar, and the bartender was more interested in whatever sports game was on the TV. I finally got the attention of the second bartender, but then ended up taking my drink with me to the cafe. I just wanted to sit and enjoy my drink at the bar, but... Really sad to see how downhill it's gotten. It's a little bit of a drive off the freeway, which makes for a quiet night. Not too sure I'll be back.

Stayed on 3rd floor in older part of hotel and killed a bug during the night that was crawling on me. Woke up in the morning with about 15 bug bites!! When I called the manager she stated they have had no other complaints which I find hard to believe. Gross and now I am afraid I may have inadverently brought them home....

The hotel has certainly gone down since we last stayed there. It is quite expensive now and you get nothing. There is no housekeeping during your stay (so don't stay more than a couple of days) and no breakfast deals. We use to stay there a couple of times a year but we will not stay there again. Very disappointed.
