We had a wonderful stay. Very good location. Ideal for family gatherings. Lovely to have the addition of a stair gates, high chairs and cots. A perfect kitchen and dining area for us all to eat and gather.Great to have lots of parking as well.Would make it just perfect to have a tumble dryer or some more clothes horses at least as was a struggle to dry clothes. Otherwise perfect

Good location We were staying as a family for 3 nights for a big birthday celebration. The location was perfect right on Thors cave doorstep and very close to Dovedale stepping stones. Chapel was very well appointed with lovely bedding and toiletries and goodies. For our stay the weather was awful but however much adjusting there was no heat. It wasn’t until the last evening that we had some warmth. Thank goodness for the log fire in the evenings so we were warm on the lounge at least. We had a lovely time despite this and the Peak District is beautiful even in the rain. We would certainly visit again.

Excellent location and fabulous accommodation We are a group of 12 long time friends and we were celebrating a special birthday. The chapel is just as it appears in the photos, so spacious with everything you could need for a luxurious stay. We wished we had booked longer. James is a wonderful host too.
