Motel 6 Wethersfield, CT - Hartford

This was the by far the worst stay at any hotel I have stayed at, I stayed for 3 nights and the day of my checkout I went to my car in the hotel parking lot with my suitcase and my car was hooked onto a tow truck and I asked the driver what he was doing and he replied that the parking pass wasn't on the dash and I explained to him it's in the car on the console and I must have forgotten to put it back on the dash but he said it to late and pleaded with him to drop it but he took off with car. I then had to find a way to get to where they towed 8 miles away and had to pay $170 to get my car. The hotel doesn't even enter your license plate information into their system even though there is a line on the parking pass with license information and the hotel management said it was my fault and would not reimburse me anything. This is very cruel and unjust for any paying guest. Very poor management.

I contacted the hotel and they said it wasn't their problem. I have stayed in many many hotels in my life and this has never happened, I live in Ny and I travel all over and nothing like this ever happened. I think this practice is very cruel and unjust for any guest, the parking pass does have license plate information but they don't register your plate number in the system to prevent something like this from happening. Very poor practice.

Motel 6? Maybe not. Front Desk was helpful. Up to date decor. A/c worked well. Bed was comfortable, but there were only 2 standard sized pillows on a king size bed. Lighting was dim. There were no tissues or shampoo. Hair and stains found on towels and sheets!

Best hotel for Pet friendliness A bunch of good eats and shopping around if you drive even better but all. Walking distance this is my favorite place to stay they are always so friendly with my puppy titan

We had asked the staff for a towel since we had register 3 adults . Staff at the front desk (skinny lady ) states she cant give us another one.

Staff very friendly Idalis an understanding person very kind Santo an outstanding customer service making sure rooms are done tip top shape Nilda also very kind multitask keeping everything under control Umir manager very respectful when speaking to clients and understanding Erica the queen of all beautiful person inside and out keeping things under control and maintaining property extremely professional
