Motel 6 Wethersfield, CT - Hartford

This was by far my worst experience in my life when I stayed at any hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and the day of my checkout I forgot to put my parking pass on my windshield dash because the day before it was glaring in my windshield while I was driving so I put it on my console, so on my checkout day I was coming out to car with my suitcase and a tow truck had my car hooked up and I asked him what he was doing with my car and he said my parking pass is not on the dash and I explained to him that its in the car on the console and if you look into the side window you can see it but he said no I have tow it and I pleaded with him to drop my car but he refused, I had to find a way to get to this place 8 miles away and pay $170 to get my car. I contacted the hotel and they said it wasn't their problem. I have stayed in many many hotels in my life and this has never happened, I live in Ny and I travel all over and nothing like this ever happened. I think this practice is very cruel and unjust for any guest, the parking pass does have license plate information but they don't register your plate number in the system to prevent something like this from happening. Very poor practice.

Door in the bathroom was broken. One of the towels wasn’t clean. It was at least a place to lay my head!

Being going there for 20 years hadn’t Been in a While very surprise to see how run down it was visitor was very loud shoutingl late at nite the room and bed were clean 😊
