Good location. Room was clean. Breakfast fine. Shame the bar closed at 10 pm as arrived at 10.05 pm! Would stay again.

The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room.
Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc.
I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed.
I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

A perfectly pleasant stay at a clean and spacious property in a quiet setting. The receiption staff were extremely helpful upon my arrival at the property. They were very friendly and their instructions were very clear. The setting was also very nice with plenty of parking space. I didn't encounter any problems whatsoever during my stay.

I had a fantastic experience at the spa. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with just the right level of activity—never too busy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the facilities without feeling rushed or crowded. A special mention goes to Anna, who was incredibly attentive and professional throughout our visit. She went out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly, offering helpful guidance and making us feel truly cared for. Her warm and friendly approach made a real difference to our overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting with excellent service.

We attended a Frank Sinatra night, we were a group of eight, four couples. We opted to stay the night. The evening started with a welcome drink followed by a four course meal with Frank singing as we ate. We had a choice of starters, mains and dessert. We all agreed that the food was very good though the roast potatoes were a bit hard. The service was excellent checking everything was okay and responded quickly to any queries/ needs we had. As there was also a wedding going on at the same time we were very impressed with the service . The whole evening was very good and the Frank (can't remember his real name) was an excellent singer. Comfortable beds and a nice breakfast the following morning. We reserved a table for breakfast as there were eight if us but this isn't necessary. Would definitely recommend the Bridge Hotel and Spa.

We were the bridal couple & stayed in the Eliot Suite with our evening celebration in Ribston Suite. Firstly, all the staff were lovely, helpful & accommodating. Becky communicated well, & Jess made sure we were looked after on the evening. Food, service & bar were all great. However, we felt our Suite was a little tired and could probably do with a refurb! New carpet would help! The 'wardrobe ' was quite small & too high for me to reach. Bathrobes would have made it feel a little more luxurious. On the whole, our guests enjoyed their stay and breakfast was good. On the whole, our guests really enjoyed their stay and breakfast was good. Thanks for making our evening go smoothly.

Well what can I say that would sum up our stay and give it justice. If you want to stay somewhere that gives their all to make sure your experience is the best then this is the location to go to. Every member of staff that crossed our path went out of their way. They complete their job above and beyond. Their work ethic between themselves is extraordinary too. They treat each other with upmost respect and this leads to the customer being given extra special treatment. Not one person who attended the wedding either if they stayed over or not was complimentary about the team. Our 3 night stay started with spa treatments then food and then on to the best wedding ever attended and then a relaxing spa day the following day. We were treated like royalty throughout. All staff were exceptional but special mention to Jess who was wedding co-ordinator and to Maxine who ran the restaurant area and each and every interaction made us feel welcome. Thank you so so much x
