Was all good as I expected really no complaints other than I didn’t win anything. I’m not a gambler but I had to try right. Stayed there on business and would have preferred more food choices in house as we preferred not to have to go out. Will stay there in the future.

The resort fee per room per night was a surprise. Especially since right now all you get is the ******. Pool is still under construction.

Room was excellent, my only problem was that I tried to check in 10 minutes before the official time to check in, I was told it would be an extra charge of I think $15. I declined, folded my arms, stared at my watch and waited 10 minutes in front of the check in desk before check in. I am old fashioned and do not consider that to be a good business practice. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

We saw that dogs were allowed in the hotel. We did not ask if they were confined to a particular floor. This is just FYI .

Front desk was having a full blown conversation when I walked up to check-in and didn’t care to greet me until they were finished with their personal conversation. Didn’t give instructions where the elevator was, amenities, etc. Room was nice but the smell of smoke lingered in my clothes and luggage after I left. Security was great. Felt safe for a solo female traveler passing through.

After several years this property still looks new. Beds comfortable. Food options for healthy eating are limited but what is here is very good.

Hotel check in was very confusing when parling in garage. Sign in front needs better explanation that check in to hotel should be accessed by front parking outside.

The property was unsecured from the parking garage to the entrance of the building. There were no directions on the inside as how to get to the room and the check in was a electric check in machine that gave you your keys to your hotel and allowed you into the hotel area were the rooms were without your key. We called for pillows cases and the staff said they didn’t have any. I wears unable to connect to the WiFi and my room window looked out into a concrete storage room. I waked to the front desk and tolled them I wanted to check out immediately and wanted to be refunded for my attempted stay. The front desk clerk immediately said ok contact ******* to get your refund and never tried to accommodate or address any concerns. The whole place was very sketchy including the front desk clerk almost like some kind of funny business is taking place at the property.
