The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.

My birthday weekend and it was amazing!  The room was prefect, the staff was very friendly.

Well it was Fathers Day night everything was cool no problems straight to the room that next morning I woke up and left the room about 8am give are take how ever some one came in my room with my pregnant girl friend !!! It was very uncomfortable especially being she was naked . No one knocked on the door are nothing keeping in mind check out was until 12 noon

We stayed a night during the Rodeo cook off. Parking was a nightmare, not even part of the hotel we were told and very expensive. Check in was smooth but on a different level. Room was comfortable and the bed too. Nice rooms.

There is a restaurant downstairs which is very convenient

Disappointed by Poor Coordination Despite Great Location

The location is fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I faced major frustration during my stay. I extended one night under a separate booking and informed the front desk in advance. Despite assurances, I was locked out of my room twice and had to go up and down multiple times—only to be told they hadn’t taken my credit card. On top of that, the shower gel wasn’t refilled. For a hotel of this standard, such lapses are unacceptable. The manager did offer free breakfast for two as service recovery, which I appreciated. Still, coordination needs serious improvement.

The room was just so-so. Since it was newly opened, the facilities were all new and looked relatively clean. However, the water from the tap had a lot of air and was turbid. The hotel has a shuttle bus to LaGuardia Airport, which runs every hour on the hour.

My family liked this hotel very much. We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt there was room for improvement in every area. The room and hotel was very clean but there were some stains on the bedding and towels. The hotel was on 42nd street but just a little too far from the main action. The hotel provided good services but we had to call multiple times for towels. Overall we’d still recommend the hotel very highly.

The building is old, so the overall condition of the room was poor. It was a room without a bathtub, and there were many people in the pool, so it was not easy to get a seat on the sunbed. It is a bit difficult to relax because there are many guests and it is crowded everywhere.

This hotel in Maui is really wonderful. Except for a little later.  There are too many advantages: the hotel upgraded my two-bedroom room. Surprise!  The hotel is equipped with washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge. Just go buy some spices. You can make Wellington steaks. The hotel pool is large and has its own beach. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Lahaina. One hour a day!  There is a barbecue outside the hotel and you can prepare your own ingredients for a barbecue. The air conditioning in the hotel aisle is super cold, super cold, super cold!  Disadvantages: It may be because the room is on the first floor, and all the mosquitoes in my room! Super, more, more, more, more! ! !  However, the air conditioner is lower, and basically does not bite. It is very cautious to look at.  Let's talk about Lahine's Ole, the discount is the same as Ouhu, but there is no superposition of UnionPay. If you need to buy something, go to Ouhu. It’s much cheaper. I lost 100 knives because I didn’t hold back.  Finally, the resort fee is 25/night, parking by yourself, 15/night plus tax, valet parking 20/night plus tax.  The report is completed.
