Westerville Renaissance was a delight to find. We were traveling through Columbus Ohio and came across this hotel. We will return…. The rooms , staff , food , cleanliness all were exceptional.

Aylssa, who worked at the bar was fabulous and totally turned my day around after I spilled coffee all over myself. She has incredible customer service and was super friendly. 10/10 will definitely be coming back because of her.

Excellent room. Excellent service. Excellent stay. The modern rooms are always clean and in great condition. The bar area has great vibes. The location is perfect. This is the only place I stay when I visit Columbus.

Excellent service and the decor were quite beautiful. We stay for two nights. The rooms were large and decor fun and elegant. The food at the restaurant was quite good too. Also, their snack kiosk made it quite convenient to get a late night or mid-day snack.

This hotel continues to set a new definition of poor Service. The management team must come from the fast food industry! They don’t understand the hospitality business, they need to actually go to Cornell’s Hotel Management School and take a few classes and understand what Customer Service is all about! As a lifetime Titanium member I’ve stayed thousands of nights at Marriott Hotel‘s. I certainly understand what your expectations should be when staying at a hotel under the Marriott brand! This hotel clearly falls below my expectation, it’s more like staying at a Motel 6, at least they leave the lights on for you! When checking in, I explained to the agent that I’m handicap. and I need to have a room near the elevator. She assured me that the room was close to the elevators as I explained to her that in the past. staying at this property they put me at the farthest end from the elevator which requires a 4-5minute walk to the room. Of course, once we get to the room, it’s at the farthest end from the elevators. Now, either the agent didn’t understand what I was saying, as may be an English barrier or she was poorly trained, and didn’t understand the floor plan of the rooms either way it’s a poor reflection of the management team. I did exchange a few emails with the front desk manager, which were totally disappointing since they had incorrect information. I did speak with her face-to-face when checking out and I was absolutely appalled with her position about the possibility of a language barrier, she took the arrogant position that I was insulting someone. I’m simply stating a point if the person doesn’t understand English, there’s a potential language/communication barrier. Bottom line managers at this property need go take some courses at Cornell so they could be more effective and understand how to properly run a hotel. PCUSA Rating: D-

This place is awesome, easy check in, the room was amazing. All the staff was cheerful and pleasant. The restaurant was so good I didn't wind up going out on the town food was way above expectation and the the Mixologist there are on point. All in all it was a great visit and I look forward to coming back and staying here again. Thank you all for the great experience.

From the taxi driver coming from the airport to the Renaissance, to the entire staff including the front desk, the servers at the restaurant, and all the uber drivers, everyone that we met on this trip was so nice to us. We came here for a gymnastic meet for my granddaughter. We asked for two rooms with an adjoining door. One room was a king, the other will had two queens. This is what we requested, and this is exactly what we got. The room was perfectly clean, modern, and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night that we were there, amazing! The next morning, we had breakfast as well as another dinner at that night. We were so disappointed that our flight this morning was so early we couldn't do another breakfast. It was very nice to be able to not have to take an Uber outside of the restaurant to go eat somewhere else. All the food, everything that we ate here was amazing. Not only that, there was entertainment as well. I am really picky about hotels, I had a reservation at two other hotels before I finally decided on the Renaissance. I'm so glad that this is the one we ended up staying at. Such an amazing stay.

Our second time at this hotel. EXCELLENT staff and hotel. If in the area, I would definitely recommend. Restaurant is very good. The lounge is great if you are a Bonvoy member. Beds are super comfortable and I slept wonderfully the entire week I was there. The staff recommended multiple local restaurants all of which were excellent as well.
