Everything in this home is brand new, great family home that backs right up to the park with a private walking trail right off the back deck! The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms - over 3,000 SF for you and your group to be fully comfortable. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. Large bath tub off the master bedroom is sure to please after a busy day enjoying all Columbus has to offer.
Guests have access to everything the house has to offer - all bedrooms, closets, including a finished basement, with separate smart TV and seating area.
*Please note, there is a ring doorbell installed outside the house only to monitor the front door, along with 2 blink cameras that view only the front yard and driveway area so we can monitor outside the house only and keep the guests privacy! *please note, the basic price is for 4 guests and after the 4th guest you charge $30 per guest per night ,and if it is discovered that you’ve brought more guests to stay, than listed in the reservation, you will be charged $30 per night per extra person*About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Smoking is not allowed inside the house but the front and backyard are ok!.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Our stay was good. The house was clean. Although people do need to know that the couches have the legs taken off and sit directly on the floor. The beds also sit so low to the ground. If you are elderly or bad knees this is tough. Overall the house was nice.

The good : Good communication and friendly, plenty of space, several updated and modern features especially in the kitchen, AC worked great. The bad: Pictures are very outdated for the outdoor area since it looks nothing like the pictures, outdoor maintenance is very poor with lots of weeds, mildew, and run down furniture, bedroom carpets and walls are marked and stained, kitchen looks nice but is poorly stocked for cooking and eating. Overall, was a fine stay but not as nice of an area and the outdoor needs a lot of attention.

Ahmed was great to work with. The property was nice. We were quite surprised to find many items in the pantry and bathrooms (possibly left by previous occupants). That added a nice touch to our stay.

Great launching pad
We were visiting Columbus for our nephew’s graduation. The location was perfect for attending graduation activities and convenient to restaurants and shops. Ahmed communicated well and was accommodating of our family as we came and went. Given past experiences in reviews, we found clearly communicating our intentions went all long way.

Fit our needs perfectly
In town for the weekend with family. The house is great, large and clean. The beds were very comfortable but a bit on the low side.

Quiet neighborhood
We gathered for a family event of visiting the Columbus Zoo. This home was an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping areas for groceries and restaurants. It has great living and gathering areas. Note that there is only one bathroom upstairs for 2 bedrooms. 1.5 baths on main floor, and one in the basement.

Great property and host!
We are so glad that we had this as our home base during our weekend visit to Columbus. The house was a great space and in a perfect location for two families who needed proximity to the fun, but also with peace and quiet. Our toddler had a great time and the basement bedroom is perfect for a little one to sleep! The check in process was seamless and I can’t thank the host enough for being so accommodating and communicative. Thank you again!!
