Ideally located, 130 sqm semi-detached house for up to 6 people in Altwesterland with a sunny south-facing terrace and 2 beach chairs invites you to linger.
The domicile renovated in 2014 has on the ground floor a spacious living / dining room with LCD flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. and a guest toilet with shower.
In the 1st Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 single bed, 2 single beds and
1 double bed), and a large bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
The second floor also offers a Frisian cozy reading / TV room with a pull-out couch. A small shower room is also available there.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. We also have an iron and ironing board ready for you.
You can of course use WiFi and telephone (calls to the German landline) free of charge during your stay.
The well-kept outdoor area offers you a sheltered pleasure on the south terrace with table / chairs, 2 beach chairs and an awning.
A parking space is on the property, others in the immediate vicinity.
The shopping area (Friedrichstrasse) and various beach walks can be easily reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei dem schönen Wetter konnten wir die Terrasse nutzen, bei schlechtem Wetter waren Regenschirme da. Trotz deutlicher Verspätung der Bahn bei der Anreise hat die Übergabe reibungslos funktioniert. Für vier Personen war reichlich Platz - auch im Bad. Ruhig gelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zu fünft eine super Sylt-Woche in diesem Haus verbracht! Der Check-in gestaltete sich problemlos, obwohl wir fast drei Stunden später als ursprünglich geplant angekommen sind (3 Stunden Stau vor Hamburg...) Herr Sonntag hat eine super Übergabe gemacht! Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist sehr sauber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küchenausstattung ist komplett und es fehlt an nichts! Der Weg zum Bäcker morgens dauert keine 3 Minuten! Die Betten und Matratzen sind alle in einem sehr guten Zustand und ich war angenehm überrascht, dass das Bett im "Einzelzimmer" 2m lang ist! :-) Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Tolle Lage und sehr viel Platz
Wir (5 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Zum Strand waren es ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Bahnhof 10 Minuten. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wirklich schöne Terrasse. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Verwalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Einen herzlichen Dank an die beiden Herren.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, die über Weihnachten und Silvester dort verweilt haben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Kommunikation zu Herrn Weers und dem Vorort Kontakt, Herrn Sonntag, war immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Westerland ist für uns vom Angebot am vielseitigsten, um nach den Ausflügen über Tag, den Abend mit Bummeln, Essengehen, etc. ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einem dann die Möglichkeit, in Ruhe den Tag abzuschließen.
Wir würden es wieder mieten!
