I stayed here for four nights while visiting family and honestly didn't want to leave. The staff was genuinely warm-shoutout to the front desk who gave amazing restaurant recommendations! The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety, and the location was great. Would definitely stay again.

I went into the hotel to see if I could get a room for the night. My husband was waiting in the car and when I came back to tell him I booked the room he asked me how much because he had looked at prices online. When I told him, he said it was cheaper online. I went back to the front desk and told the lady that on the Hilton website it was showing a cheaper price and asked if she could give me that rate. She said no that they don’t have anything to do with online prices. I asked if I can cancel with her and then rebook online instead. She said yes but I would be charged a fee. Unbelievable! I had booked it only 5 minutes ago and was not really canceling the room, I just wanted to save a few dollars since she wasn’t going to honor the online price. If I would’ve known there were different rates online than at the actual hotel I would’ve booked there. It was late and I was tired so I just walked away. The next morning when I checked out I asked the new person at the front desk if they could honor the online price she also said there was nothing she could do and to call the manager the following day and he would probably help me. I don’t understand why it couldn’t just be solved while I was there and now I have to go on this mission of phone calls and explaining myself for the third time. It’s ridiculous!
