A very good and peaceful hotel, far from the noisy but closed to the city. Professional and very helpful staff, large, comfortable and well maintened rooms, modern bathrooms, gardens and open spaces . Heatings in the room. Good Indian breakfast and diner.

The stay was very comfortable and we were with senior citizens. We were allotted rooms at the 5th block with the best views and since it was tough for us to climb down the stairs, the manager arranged us a room in the lobby block. Food is awesome and playzone was fun for kids We couldn't see the view of Kanchanjunga due to foggy weather and will plan again for it in Nov which is the best month for the views

Great resort, impeccable service, lovely ambience contributed to a fabulous experience. Services given at restaurant by Santi, Sneha and others made the stay memorable. Similarly the maintenance staff were available at a very short notice.

Welcoming experience was great, Check in was smooth and the property and the staff were very welcoming and have maintained the property very neat and clean. Spa especially Ms.Prerna and Ms.Annu were very professional in their service. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and families. It was a sheer delight to spend 3 days at Chumbi Mountain Resort. The view of the Kanchenjunga Mountains was out of the world. The staff was very warm. Special thanks to Ms. Nira and Mr. Prangan for their care and hospitality. It was wonderful interacting with Mr. Ashish the Head of F&B. He made us feel at home and the food was also good. The entire team in the restaurant was great including Bhupendra. Don't remember all their names. All of them went out of their way to make the guests feel special. Thank you so much for the warmth and care.

We had a wonderful stay at Chumbi Mountain Club Mahindra. Food was delicious and we enjoyed our stay.All family members thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend to my friends and families. You all will also be able to see a clear view of kanchenjunga from the deck of the hotel. We will visit again.
