Segara Lombok Beach Resort

I contacted the hotel via email and was surprised at how quickly the response was. The room was well appointed, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and well presented. All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, especially the front staff, who had an outstanding sense of hospitality. I requested a shuttle at the hotel for the return trip (from the hotel to the airport), and the price was very reasonable. If you don't want to negotiate the price with a taxi driver, you may want to ask the hotel. When we stayed there, everyone else was Westerners (older) and we had a really quiet and relaxing stay. I want to repeat it.

Wunderschönes, kleines, ruhiges Resort mit phantastischem Essen und wundervollen Angestellten! Die Bungalows sind genügend groß, das Bett ist gemütlich und das Freiluft-Bad absolut herrlich! Es gab jeden Tag frisches Trinkwasser aufs Zimmer. Der Pool ist sauber und es wurden immer neue Handtücher hingelegt - leider aber nicht immer frische, sondern manchmal wurden benutzte Handtücher einfach wieder zusammengefaltet und auf die Liegen gelegt. Hier muss bitte mehr Sorgfalt an den Tag gelegt werden. Auch sollten die Poolbenutzer sichtbarer darauf hingewiesen werden, die Dusche vorm Schwimmen zu benutzen. Der Strand ist wunderschön, aber spazieren gehen sehr schwer, da der Sand so grob ist, dass man sehr tief einsinkt. Ins Meer zu gehen ist daher auch eher schwierig, da die Wellen einem den Boden unter den Füßen wegziehen. Rund ums Segara ist nichts weiter an Restaurants etc. Man muss schon etwas fahren, um in den nächsten Ort zu kommen (Selong Belanak), aber wir haben es gerade deshalb genossen. Wir haben jeden Abend im Segara gegessen und haben die beste Küche erhalten. Es ist zwar etwas teurer als normales Local Food auf der Insel, aber das ist es absolut wert! Das Personal half außerdem gerne dabei, schöne Ausflüge und Touren zu organisieren. Auch der Hotel eigene Rollerverleih klappte problemlos. Das Segara ist eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits!

Hôtel de 10 bungalows très confortables dans un magnifique jardin et idéalement placés en front de mer. La plupart ont vue sur l’océan sauf peut-être les Nr 6 et 7. La baignade est possible à marée haute, sinon la belle piscine est agréable à tout moment Le restaurant est aussi de très bonne qualité, choix variés et prix raisonnable pour ce type de resto. Location de scooter sur place aux alentours de 5-6€/jours. Pour le surf il y a une bonne vague sur la gauche

Very warm welcome at Segara, magnificent beach, comfortable deckchairs, in short, paradise. Be careful though, I had a tuna tataki, which was excellent. As soon as the meal was over, I felt dizzy. What followed was a serious case of food poisoning, the details of which I will spare you. In summary, go there with your eyes closed, but avoid raw fish.
