I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service from the bellman Kevin B and Fabrizuo at The Ben Hotel. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately set the tone for my visit. He went above and beyond in every way offering assistance before I could even ask, handling everything with professionalism, and making me feel like a truly valued guest. What stood out most was his attentiveness and care. He wasn’t just doing a job; he was creating an experience. The Ben Hotel is already beautiful, but having someone like him and others on the team takes the entire guest experience to another level. It’s rare to come across someone who blends professionalism, kindness, and efficiency so perfectly. He made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely return knowing the service here is in such good hands, the icing on the cake he took the best video and pictures of me!

We stayed at The Ben Autograph Hotel. Loved the room. Staff was fantastic from valet, front desk to the restaurant. Had lunch on the rooftop day 1 which was delicious as well as the drinks. We had breakfast there and the hostess Ruth was just lovely, very friendly. Food was delicious and the service from our server Juan was great. We had breakfast there 2 days and on day 2 Juan knew how we liked our coffee and no meat for the eggs Benedict, lol. Would definitely go again. Great food and staff.

I had the Check In Experience of my Dreams! I’m really big on good customer service. Derrick was Amazing!! He made us feel like family and was very informative answering questions before we could even ask! I even extended my stay by one night because I was so blown away. The Best Experience I’ve had at a Hotel in a Very Long time. The rooms are decorated nicely with a FULLY stocked bar and Mini Fridge. The water view from our balcony was amazing! The views from the Rooftop are SPECTACULAR overlooking all of the Yachts. Overall the vibe of the hotel is very cool.. it feels like “the place to be”. Oh and let me not forget the Complimentary Welcome Drink that you get while Checking in. This will be our new go to hotel when I come to Florida.

The Ben is an experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, starting with a complementary check-in cocktail, awesome desk service from the lovely Mel, and the coolest bellman, Yoan, who gave us the hotel scoop and the big secret! The great service continued throughout our stay, including everyone in the food service department, from Jill, the rooftop bartender who took care of us at lunch, to the beautiful GiGi at breakfast in the Proper Grit Café on the first floor. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful view of The Breakers and the Intracoastal Waterway. The complementary water was a welcome sight, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
