Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.

My family and I came in for a short trip to buy a winter home, we arrived a little ahead of check in and could not enter our room immediately. Logan Cassenti at the front desk took care of us, a true SUPER HERO taking care of guests in a highly professional manner showing what hospitality in its core really means. He let us spend some time in the bistro downstairs, which was amazing as not only was the food phenomenal but the staff made us feel more than welcome and like we were at home. One of the greatest hotel experiences I’ve ever had - all thanks to the generosity and willingness to assist and go the extra mile, Thank Logan Cassenti for the great service, attitude, hospitality, curiosity and friendly manners. Conclusion: the Marriott of West Palm Beach is worth every penny.

I can’t say enough good things about Kim! She is an outstanding waitress who always goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. From the moment we sit down, she greets us with a warm smile and makes us feel welcomed. She pays close attention to our needs, remembers our preferences, and provides service that’s not only efficient but also genuinely caring. Kim consistently delivers amazing service and truly makes the dining experience special every time. She’s the reason we keep coming back!

Exceptionally friendly service from Kim at the table during breakfast. Chef Harley prepared dishes exquisitely with fresh ingredients in generous portions. A good cup of coffee and fresh orange juice. A truly surprising experience in this hotel's restaurant.

If functioning A/C is not high on your list of priorities, this is the hotel for you. I travel for work so I know hotel thermostats work. I entered my room close to midnight and it was warm and muggy. Turned A/C down to 65, and after an hour no difference. Guessing it was around 75. So I packed up my belongings to go down to front desk to change rooms. My new room was even worse…zero cool air, just basically a fan that was a whisper even on “high”. Ugh. I noticed that many reviews said the hallways were warm…well, the hallways were way cooler than both of my rooms. Maybe I just had really bad luck, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, Bill at the front desk, Kim at the Bistro. Housekeeping, all great, When needed the engineer was available and expedited the issue.
