Room was not cleaned correctly. Toilet was nasty, sofa bed was not cleaned properly. But had nice customer service

i have never been lied to like i was by the general manager of the branch. i went there to see him about clarification on my deposit, he kept saying trust me i know what im doing been in the business for over 30 years. when i told him my story about being homeless and i saved money to rent there for the weekends, he insisted more than once to give him my full name, cell number and email address and he'll look into the situation and get back to me the next day. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. i found out the following weekend that he used that information on me to plug into their database not to rent to me ever again. the man lied to me, misled me and tricked me. gm-what you did what dishonest, the lord will deal with you in his time. BTW you know who else is dishonest and lies to trick people. SATAN-you must be one of his disciple, and i promise you, i'm just getting started!

Everyone was very friendly and so nice. The sweet lady who does the Breakfast was so sweet. And made sure we all were good. She made Breakfast every morning a real delight. No complaints here. Pool was nice. And parking was close very close. I would stay here again.

Susanna, the front desk supervisor is amazing, perfect check in. Susanna was very welcoming and started my 2 night stay (04.17.25) on the right foot. Cannot say enough about Susanna, she arranged a transfer for me since my flight was at 6:00am, just so nice and accommodating, Quality Inn is very lucky to have her representing their brand. Brava ! Very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bed is very comfortable. Nice pool area, quiet and very relaxing. The area around the hotel is a little dicey due to the fact the area is very desolate at night due to its location at the airport, most of the traffic of people is during the day. IHOP is in the same parking lot. The hotel has security at night that monitors the property. Nice variety for breakfast, clean and maintained. The front desk has a representative 24 hours a day. Highly Recommended, say “Hello” to Susanna when you arrive

Staff at the front desk is indifferent. Parking is an unsecured surface lot that charges 30.00 even if you are staying there. Humidity in room was bad. AC basically not working. In HOUSTON that is a problem. It's just old. Lobby was leaking water from ceiling. Hard pass on next stay. Was close to my meeting.
