Room was not cleaned correctly. Toilet was nasty, sofa bed was not cleaned properly. But had nice customer service

Came to visit family but room have roaches, rotted door moldings, and molded tiles. The shower curtain rod isn’t functional, and the doors have issues. The pool wasn’t accessible and the area is the sketchy part. Sure, staff is nice, but there are better deals at much nicer hotels.

I stayed for a week after a death in the family. The room was clean, breakfast was good and varied , and ShaLa, the breakfast lady, gave a welcome smile each morning. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport.

The first receptionist was very very nice, contrary to the one there during our check out. The beds were good but unfortunately, the bathroom and bedroom were infested with little insects and bedbugs, some if which have entered my bags and followed me home. We complained but the receptionist said nothing, not even an apology

they need to improve more in the clean of the bathroom, and the sink, the water in the sink is not running as usually and is high humidity in the room.
