Lexie and the rest of the staff were attentive, friendly and super helpful. The pool area is a dream and the duck confit pizza did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and welcoming and the bed was so comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Food is delicious!! Property is gorgeous and staff are so attentive!! Love it! Spa is gorgeous also and pool and dinner were amazing! Will comeback over and over!!

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous — beautifully landscaped with stunning grounds. I truly believe that once the team is fully staffed and better trained, it has the potential to become a premier destination. Unfortunately, during my stay, several service and hospitality elements fell through the cracks. I travel frequently and hold the highest Bonvoy status, and I chose to treat myself to a stay here for my birthday. I shared this with the front desk at check-in, as I had already been on the road for over two weeks. Upon arrival, I waited about five minutes for the valet — not a major issue on its own, but surprising considering the $50/day valet charge. The valet did not offer assistance with my luggage nor hold the non-automatic lobby doors, which are difficult to manage when carrying two roller bags. My room was upgraded to a small king with a pool-view balcony. The space was comfortable, though the desk was cluttered with expensive minibar items. I did appreciate the Ambassador gift. Service in the restaurant could benefit from further training; my starter and entrée were brought out at the same time, which left me rushing through the first course so the main dish wouldn’t get cold. On a positive note, the bartender, Alana, provided excellent service. Still, given that it was my birthday, it would have been nice to receive some small acknowledgment. I attempted multiple times to reach both the front desk and the spa by phone, but the calls went unanswered and even disconnected while I was trying to get through. The highlight of my stay was the pool staff. Shanrique was warm, kind, and genuinely made me feel seen and cared for. Ralston was equally attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Their hospitality stood out above all others. At departure, I again struggled with my luggage without being offered assistance — even as a manager stood nearby. I would recommend investing in more comprehensive staff training, especially around guest awareness, anticipating needs, and celebrating special occasions. The property has incredible potential; with stronger service consistency, it truly could shine.

Exceptional staff - very pleasant, accommodating and attentive. Well appointed, attractive and welcoming furnishings and decor throughout. Multiple pools and jacuzzis - adult pool is salt water. Nice nightly ambience - bar, fire pits and music. Restaurant was excellent - all pasta made on premises - breakfast also very nice. Shuttle leaves every hour - goes to beach, downtown, etc. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Our family had the most wonderful experience thanks to Bahama Mama, who made our first visit truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and confidence, instantly making us feel at home. Her service was impeccable…sweet , attentive, and always on point. Every detail was handled with care, and her joyful spirit made the entire meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who turns great service into a heartfelt memory, but she absolutely did. We can’t wait to come back and when we do, we’ll be asking for Bahama Mama by name!
