This was a Last Minute decision to leave for our “pre-planned” 3 week road trip a day early, but Home2 Suites made it a great experience. I booked the 1-night stay while we were driving from Rockwall, TX. We knew we were going to stop in Louisiana, so I began searching for Hilton hotels. After reading several reviews and comparing prices, etc., this Hotel covered all the bases needed. The room was very comfortable and Isha welcomed us when we arrived and made certain we had everything we needed. Sunday morning’s breakfast hit the spot and the coffee was perfect. The frosting on the cake for us, was the VERY friendly and helpful response we received from both Mitchell and Stacie. Companies today need more folks like these two. If we are in Monroe again, I know where we will stay.

I just love walking in home 2 in West Monroe la. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, friendly, and always courteous. I want to thank EVA AND CRYSTAL for their kindness and hospitality. I will definitely be visiting Home 2 in west Monroe Louisiana again.

Excellent service, clean big spacious rooms! This stay caused me to book my next stay with Embassy Suites by Hilton in Frisco/Dallas which was excellent as well! It was thundering, lightening and raining so when I got there I didn't catch anyones names but all the ladies there in the afternoon on the 19 of July were excellent. I was with my service animal and she was afraid of the weather. They were so kind and understanding and I felt supported. They even mentioned to me about their animals at home which helped me feel less anxious about the chaos. The room was incredible! Clean and spacious. I stayed in a one king on the ground floor and actually could see my car from the room. I really enjoyed me stay here. Not 5 star because of the selection at the "market" place and for breakfast.

I have been on the phone with bookings for 45 minutes. Can not check in and I'm exhausted!! Bookings how dare you! Take my money and hotel said they never got it.

Cannot say how amazing it was to walk into Home2suites and feel the cleanliness and friendliness at roughly 2am. It was our 4th hotel in four days and two of them were very subpar and not Home2Suites! The room was so so clean, smelled fresh, there was no noise (we experienced this at all our other stops on our trip). The breakfast was fresh and Chastity kindly reheated my egg sandwich!! Highly recommend and thankful for a cutting edge and up to date with the times hotel that is clean, fresh, and a great night’s sleep!

Nice and spacious. Located in West Monroe, which doesnt have a lot but worked for us. Easy enough to get off the interstate and access. The rooms were clean and thr beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning with a lot of options. We didnt use the kitchenette but it is a nice feature to have in the room if you are there for a longer stay. The water is super gross looking, assuming it is just the tannins in the water. They have a sign up to address the issue in the room. It doesn’t smell funny but it looks like iced tea.
