Excellent service, clean big spacious rooms! This stay caused me to book my next stay with Embassy Suites by Hilton in Frisco/Dallas which was excellent as well! It was thundering, lightening and raining so when I got there I didn't catch anyones names but all the ladies there in the afternoon on the 19 of July were excellent. I was with my service animal and she was afraid of the weather. They were so kind and understanding and I felt supported. They even mentioned to me about their animals at home which helped me feel less anxious about the chaos. The room was incredible! Clean and spacious. I stayed in a one king on the ground floor and actually could see my car from the room. I really enjoyed me stay here. Not 5 star because of the selection at the "market" place and for breakfast.

Cannot say how amazing it was to walk into Home2suites and feel the cleanliness and friendliness at roughly 2am. It was our 4th hotel in four days and two of them were very subpar and not Home2Suites! The room was so so clean, smelled fresh, there was no noise (we experienced this at all our other stops on our trip). The breakfast was fresh and Chastity kindly reheated my egg sandwich!! Highly recommend and thankful for a cutting edge and up to date with the times hotel that is clean, fresh, and a great night’s sleep!

Nice and spacious. Located in West Monroe, which doesnt have a lot but worked for us. Easy enough to get off the interstate and access. The rooms were clean and thr beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning with a lot of options. We didnt use the kitchenette but it is a nice feature to have in the room if you are there for a longer stay. The water is super gross looking, assuming it is just the tannins in the water. They have a sign up to address the issue in the room. It doesn’t smell funny but it looks like iced tea.

Good location. Easy on and off the interstate. Very clean and comfortable hotel. There are no restaurants close by but your in Monroe so everything is easy to get to. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we are traveling thru the area.

My wife & I stayed one night at the Home2 Suites in West Monroe while attending a sporting event at the Monroe Civic Center. The front desk staff were very cordial & helpful; the guest suite layout & furnishings are thoughtful and mostly comfortable (King bed mattress not firm at all); and access to I-20 eastbound was simple (with return access westbound just a bit more complicated). Restaurant options in the area require a bit of a commute east via Constitution Drive parallel to the interstate, but the backroads traffic was light on a Saturday afternoon & evening in April. The only serious negative of our brief stay was the lack of staff attention to keeping the complimentary breakfast buffet food items hot & fresh and the lack of basic utensils accessible (plastic spoons are versatile but awkward for alternative uses). Not a good impression to start the guests' morning or their departure from the property, but these are issues that can be easily resolved by local management. Overall, our experience warranted a solid 4 Circles.

Good stay! Will stay again! I think that they should put everyone that has pets on the same floor! It was hard to sleep with dogs barking all night.
