The hotel was nice. Had a brief stay. Didn't use any amenities. The front desk person was nice.

The room was freezing. I reported this to the front desk and a woman came to our room and said because we had just returned to our room the sensor did not detect movement. She pointed out a fan icon on the thermostat and said the heat was working. It never got above 65 and many times it registered 62 degrees. This is totally unacceptable to pay for a room and cannot stand to be in it.

Got a room with friends to have a Halloween girls night we were playing games and mind you they said “quite time” starts at 12am me and my friends couldn’t even enjoy our time because the people below us kept calling and say we were jumping around in the room when no one was jumping around we decided to leave at 1:30 because we just kept getting calls about the jumping when none of that was even going on

The room wasn’t bad but certainly not good. The carpet was disgusting. Countless stains. The sheets were off white color. Far too worn out. I used my sleeping bag on the bed.

Average at Best
The “breakfast” is pathetic. They do not stock any milk for cereal. The employee suggested artificial coffee creamer as being what to use! Muffins are available, but no bread, no eggs, no meat. Yogurt, apples and ripe bananas are available. In sum, plan on an early decent lunch for your next meal.

Place was clean, service staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size. The price was low cost, including a free breakfast.

The property itself was okay. I was disappointed with the breakfast options - it was a diabetic’s disaster. Apart from a yogurt, everything else was carbs and no protein.
I found that the cleaning staff were nice and helpful, but the manager’s treatment of them was condescending and done in the hallway where everyone could hear. If she had something to say to them, it should not have been in public.
At one point in our week-long stay, a few items from our room disappeared. Though not real valuable, they still were gone. We figured that they had accidentally been picked up. When it was mentioned to the manager, she immediately got defensive, saying that they didn’t have them, she had looked. I invited her to come look in out room (because she gave me the impression that she thought I was lying), but though she came in, she didn’t look. She instead treated the cleaner she brought in with her meanly. The items were never found and the manager never said she was sorry they were missing or took responsitility for their disappearance. I will never go there again or encourage others to do so, not while she is in charge.
