Express Inn West Memphis

It was not clean had roaches floors not clean didn't have breakfast like said nice location room not like pictures

Over all we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We will be ataying again.

My friend and I came here after going to the Days inn in West Memphis Arkansas and it was filthy so he came here and we're exhausted so even though it was disgusting here we stayed cuz we're too tired to go to another motel. The beds have one mattress you lift up and it's just an open frame underneath and on the floor it was filthy with what looked like black mold and other gross stuff. See pictures. The toilet had dried urine on it and there was dried urine on the floor but I cleaned it up before I thought to take a picture. In my friend's room, the smoke alarm was beeping. There was a dirty footprint on the tub. The air conditioners worked but they were in rough looking shape. See photo of a/c in my friend's room and the cracked mirror. Plain ole nasty motel. Save yourself a headache and don't stay here!

Room was not cleaned properly bathtub and toilet very nasty Check in was not in hospitality manner " no hi how are you " just told room number and have key Dogs constantly barking outside door this place really needs more honest reviews and no fake ones posted

Dirty room and bathroom. Mold on the ceiling. Filthy floors, appliances, countertops and refrigerators.

Just OK For the price I would say it’s not bad, it’s a low budget type of motel. The furniture is mix match looks like they went to a rummage sale and purchased random items the room had new tile and stuff in the bathrooms. My smoke alarm beeped all night but the older man at the front desk was extremely hard of hearing and didn’t communicate well. The house keeping that came exactly at 11 was rude and balled up our sheets and threw them off the balcony onto the ground in front of my car . But overall for a one night stay I was would consider it again
