入住飯店晚間11點鐘人員都下班了，我們進房發現床架是壞的，隔天一早馬上去跟飯店告知，結果當下說要派人幫我來修理，結果等到我們退房的時候也沒告知會扣我們的押金，等我們離開了過了一個禮拜之後既然給我們扣押金說是我們用壞床架的非常不合理，對於這種處理態度非常覺得不合理我們也寄email告知也都沒有用

位置不錯，自駕停車方便，酒店自己的停車位，就是停車費略微高了一點，不過在澳洲也基本差不多了。公寓很乾凈可以自己做飯，一直在市中心邊上，離墨爾本大學大學比較近。城市景色也不錯。

Great room with all you need. Balcony makes it feel roomier. Staff were very helpful. ym really makes for a pleasant stay. The pool, in particular, rince as it is on the second floor. Walking distance to work.

Excellent location, and a lovely apartment. All the amenities you could want in the apartment, and everything was walkable or with good public transport links. All the staff I dealt with during the booking process were brilliant, and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every single way! I highly recommend to anyone looking at accommodation in Melbourne. Everything is so close. Docklands and Victoria Market a short stroll so are the Trams. Great Cambodian restaurant 50 meters away and Thai across the road from it. Lovely supermarket under the hotel with a great selection wines. The staff were fabulous ... The views were divine too. I can not fault Lumina Suites at all!
