Fabulous…front desk person (wish I had her name) just terrific. Room had so many electronic plugs I did not need to be concerned where I sat! Only negative…they have products called ZERO in shower. Slick..doesn’t rinse off and shower floor so slick…almost fell. Got out of shower to get my own shampoo I brought…also put a hand towel down in shower to not slide every move. But..hotel is fabulous…just bring your own toiletries…

Nice property, every staff is very nice and cordial. Only one thing stopped me from giving a 5 is breakfast seems have very little option. How can you forget bread or bananas to be a breakfast option.

Stayed a Friday & Saturday night. Front desk staff - Terry ( Mgr. ?) was the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. His genuine smile & demeanor made me feel welcome, at home, & comfortable. Rooms were immaculate with easy climate controls to satisfy wifes fickle temperature requirements. Highly recommend as a comfortable & easy access to Purdue / West Lafayette. Spouse & my sister did both comment on the most comfortable bed pillows they've ever encountered!!

Better than average Comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was above average. Only issue that the pool was not operable, but management had a deal with the neighboring hotel on the same property to use theirs.

Excellent stay Excellent room, close to everything in West Lafayette. Only place where improvement could occur is with the pillows. They're all to flat. Need some varying softnesses. Very minor detail, but it would make the stay better.

Terrible experience. Only stayed two nights - thank heavens. Was in town for a family celebration. We have family here and come to West Lafayette quite often. We will not stay here again. We came down to breakfast at 7:30 on Sunday morning- breakfast didn’t start until 7 -and they were out of egged milk and orange juice. So much for breakfast. The manager had to go to Wal Mart to get mile and juice. Very poorly run. Since breakfast starts at 6 on Monday I’m assuming there will be no breakfast tomorrow either. We are Hilton Honors and Hilton Diamond members so we are used to Hilton standards. This is a sad example.
