房間不算大，一個人住還是可以的。酒店便利，樓下就是商場，吃喝還是挺方便。電視很多台，就是沒有中文台。洗澡的地方遮擋不夠，弄到乾的地方也濺到水。衹提供牙刷牙膏，其他用品必須打電話領取。

I recently stayed for 5 nights and had informed the hotel in advance of my arrival.
As a regular guest, I come to appreciate the comfort and hospitality of Hilton. However, during this visit, I noticed that the housekeeping team seemed less attentive to guest habits and preferences example not replenishing coffee/ tea and inconsistent room cleaning time.
I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the high standards.

I highly recommend this hotel
Everytime I come to Jakarta,this is the only hotel I will stay
Despite there is many around at PIK 1&2
I will still come here
This hotel is like a home away from home
Even on my this trip,there was some blunder in the room arrangement,but they were quick to remedy and make changes to it.
The only thing they could have done better is rather than making me to wait aimlessly in the lobby.The least they could do is offer me a drink at the pool side.
This is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE by Hilton hotel standards
Other than that,I have no other complaints
I hope they look into this,cos I m frequent traveller to this hotel

Hotel has excellent location that is next to shopping mall and 30mins from the airport. Breadfast is decent good and many choices of restaurants in the shopping mall as well.

The shower glass curtain is too narrow. Making water easy to spill out. Carpet required better cleaning.
Other than the above, all are fine.
Will consider to stay in this hotel again next time go Jakarta.

Upon arrival, we were unable to check in immediately and had to wait until 12:00. Unfortunately, the bed sheet was stained and the towels were not properly cleaned. There is a mall located nearby, but it only offers limited options such as Starbucks, Burger King, and a few local restaurants. The main advantage of the hotel is its close proximity to the airport.
