The overall environment of the hotel is OK, but it is a bit noisy because it is facing the road. The biggest problem is that the service is not very thoughtful. The front desk only helps superficially. For example, there is not even a plug adapter. I finally found one but it was broken. No one cared about it afterwards, and they didn't say to apply for it again and give feedback.
The biggest problem is that the waiters are not very willing to help the customers, for example, when I asked for an adapter, they gave me a bad one, then they didn't try to find any other solutions after they knew it.

The air quality was very bad and the noise was very loud. It was so noisy at night that I couldn't sleep well. The air was very pungent and I almost got poisoned. My throat was itchy and my nose was runny, and I had difficulty breathing. My complaints were simply ignored.
