Celebrating our mums 78th Birthday. Staff were excellent and we also needed needed wheelchair access. Nothing was to much trouble. Food was excellent and a great choice. Great selection of beers and the atmosphere was fab. This is not our first time to the Crossways and we have always had an excellent time. Would highly recommend

Can recommend the Crossways Inn without any hesitation. Stayed there for one night on our way home from Ferry in Plymouth. The room was beautiful, air-conditioning or underfloor heating. Comfortable bed, great shower and toiletries and very clean. In the pub there was a good choice of beers / ciders and possibly the biggest and best fish and chips we've ever had!. Great staff to welcome us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing!!. Such good quality food and choice. Large free car park opposite the pub. What a great place.

Very nice all round
Room was far better than you’d expect from somewhere that’s labelled an ‘inn’. Food was very good too. No hesitation recommending.

First class for everything
First class place to stay, best b & b we have ever stayed in, especially for cleanliness. Breakfast was also exceceptional as was every member of staff that we had the pleasure of meeting

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Ideally located close to the M5 which appealed to us. Would stay again.

It's All about the Detail
Positives: + Good breakfast spread; + Parking; + Convenient location; + Friendly bar staff. Neutral: Receptionist was to-the-point and factual after being rung for. Negatives: - wobbly toilet roll holder; - No decaff coffee, only two UHT capsules of milk on arrival; - Duvet covers and pillowslips not ironed; Inconsistent service at dinner in the bar.
