Quiet and private with an essence of old Hollywood. It has a feeling of your apartment, not a hotel.

Could be coziest, most comfortable place to stay in all of LA. Tastefully appointed. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, small, well designed kitchen plus utility closet with compact washer and dryer. We did not use, but everything looked brand new. Quiet private patio. Can park in secure area for an extra fee but we parked on the street for free. Nice residential area. “The Charlie” is exceptionally well maintained . We love this place!

I got the privilege of staying in the Dylan, and Ruth. I loved both, equally. The staff were delightful, experienced and accommodating. The Charlie has managed to maintain a low profile, making it very special and exclusive among the “local” patrons.

Everything is good: beatiful suite with two bedrooms and bathrooms, enough space for everyone. Soft beds, (not too soft), enough bathlinen, good bathproducts, a little kitchen and tow outdoor decks. Beautiful decor, good location and the personnel was fantastic. Ver quiet location but close to action.I could live there. Compared to other hotel prices, this was truely not so expensive since it feels 5 star without the pool.

A hiddden gem
I am blown away by my experience at The Charlie Hotel. The room was stunning, the staff were so kind and the location was increddible. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in LA.
