There was a buzzing sound every 30 seconds, hard to sleep. Room smelled like bleach. Cash only or 19% card fee... Feeling its off the books.

We had an incredible time, location right in front of the beachfront It’s amazing, local restaurants really close by. It didn’t have a security guard like the other hotels had luckily all the area around is really safe no issues nothing to worry about. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again from this location if I’m in the area again. The restaurant right next-door to hotel. It’s excellent great prices and yummy food, you guys definitely gotta try the Passionfruit Mojito

The place is right in the middle of West Bay, so you have a bunch of restaurants, souvenir shops, bars and grocery stores with the beach right across the street and you can you their beach chair to relax as well. The only issue that we had was that the transportation we had setup, the driver didn't show up so we had to grab a cab to the airport, which was lucky because it was at 6:40 am on sunday and ended up costing just $20 instead of the $25 that we were paying.

The location was perfect, hot water is also a plus. At the beginning the staff did not know we had reservation, but the owner knew and solved everything.
We had a nice room, the last night also a small lizard visited the room despite all windows and doors were closed the whole day. Currently there are workers on site building new spaces but it was not disrupting as we spent most of time off the hotel premises.
