This is the best place to stay in the West End. Rafa the manager and Christian the Dive shop manager were incredible. Special shout out to Sterling my dive guide for most of the week. Your love for the reef and people shine through brother! This place makes you feel like family.

I stayed at Splash Inn Dive Resort for a week on their all-inclusive dive package. It was one of the best dive trips I’ve ever taken. Besides, the staff made me feel welcome and part of the family. The Hotel My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed — great air conditioning, hot showers, and a comfy bed. The housekeeping team kept everything fresh every day. The Diving The dive operation here is fantastic! The boats are spacious and well maintained, with all the safety equipment you’d expect. The dive masters were very professional, and passionate about protecting the reef. We visited a great variety of sites — from dramatic walls to beautiful swim-throughs and coral gardens — all within a short boat ride. The marine life here is incredible: turtles, eagle rays, and even a nurse shark! Everything was well organized and stress-free. The Food & All-Inclusive Package The all-inclusive package was a great value. Every meal was fresh and delicious, breakfast before diving was hearty, lunches between dives kept our energy up, and dinners by the ocean were the perfect way to end each day. The restaurant staff, especially Michael, were always smiling and quick with great recommendations. Overall Experience What really makes Splash Inn special is the people. From the front desk to the dive shop to the restaurant, everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great stay. The location in West End is perfect — right on the water, walking distance to shops and nightlife, but still peaceful at night. If you’re looking for a relaxed, well-run dive resort with great value for money, this is the place.

Front desk service was a little hit-or-miss, but overall they were helpful throughout our stay. Our airport pickup was easy and much appreciated after a long travel day. The hotel is in a perfect location, central and walkable to all of West End, and it is attached to its own excellent dive shop and fantastic restaurant, which was super convenient, especially on rainy days. We had a small hiccup with our room, but they quickly apologized and fixed it. Everything was clean, and they handled all requests promptly. Bring earplugs for potential street or animal noise depending on your room. We pre-booked six days of three dives a day, and upon arriving early, we even squeezed in an extra dive. Chris, the dive shop manager, was easygoing and flexible. Our Divemaster, Sterling, was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone saw the marine life. It was true “princess diving,” where you carry your mask and fins once and they handle the rest. The all-inclusive dive and meal package (three dives a day, a night dive, plus meals) is a great deal. The restaurant was quick, convenient, and friendly, even when a large group of students arrived. Service stayed fast and cheerful the whole time. Sterling, Michael, and Chris were all fantastic and made our trip memorable. This was our second visit, and thanks to the incredible staff, we will absolutely be back again!

This place is truly one of a kind. The people here feel like family—I honestly can't say that enough. If you're looking to dive or snorkel, just let them know. They're passionate professionals who love what they do and know all the best spots to explore. This little place is a real gem. Conveniently located in the West End. Walk to shops, bars, restaurants and little beaches. Rooms are clean and no frill. The restaurant has excellent food and the friendliest service. Now this is just the hotel review, but for you divers out there, it only gets better. The hotel is located directly on the water so all you do is walk onto the pier and board the boat. The dive shop is absolutely fantastic. They are full service and very knowledgeable about the area. We mostly dove with Sterling and Chris and both were excellent guides. We asked for what we wanted to see and they delivered: turtles, octopuses, rays, seahorses etc. It was my husband’s 100th dive here and Sterling even brought his own camera to make sure we had a good picture. Thank you Sterling for being so sweet. We had a fantastic time and you made it happen! The hotel has different options but we booked the dive package that included room, 3 meals and 3 dives per day. Wouldn’t do it any other way and found it to be quite reasonable. If you want to dive Nitrox, it is $10 extra per tank but worth it as all dives are 60 + minutes. Dive sites are all usually within a few min., so no long boat rides. The Odyssey Wreck is about 30 min. , but worth the trip. The dive groups are usually relatively small. We had 4-8 divers max. We have many other travel destinations but would absolutely return here.

Second year in a row that I have stayed there. The only negative is that there is not an on site fresh water pool. There is a beach just a couple of minutes walk from Splash Inn. Children would probably find it slightly boring compared to larger all inclusive places. The food is very good and plentiful. No way to go hungry. Stayed on the all inclusive diver plan. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, not deluxe, but as a diver they were certainly good enough. It would be a little more helpful if their cable system had more channels in English or were able to switch channels to English if broadcast in either Spanish or English at the same time. The dive shop does an excellent job. Sites are only a few minutes away and the boats are very fast. Seas were flat and calm with water temps 86 degrees. Yes, there are some spots where the coral has bleaching problems. But some areas seem to be healthy. other reviews on fish population are generally accurate. Only saw one lionfish which is a good thing. The dive guides do a very good job of guiding and my guide for the week, and mostly last year, was Sterling, who really found a lot of small stuff.
