Relax, let go and unwind in our recently remodelled and tasteful furnished apartment in West End, Negril, JA! This beautiful beach view apartment includes a loft with a comfortable queen bed, well equipped kitchen, a living room with a 45in Smart TV, an outdoor patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while overlooking the gorgeous view of the famous seven-mile beach. The condo is walking distance to the beach, shops, stores & attraction. It cannot get any better than this! CHECK-IN: • Check-In time is at 3pm. When you arrive to the property, go through the alley between the Supermarket and the Boutique store. Walk up the staircase to the right to get upstairs the apartments. Check-out time is by 11am on your departure date. We ask only that you take out the trash before you depart. Important Studio Information: Hot Water: To turn on the water heater you will have to press the red button to the left in the kitchen. The hot water only works in the bathroom not in the kitchen. Please turn it off when not in use. Microwave: Please follow directions listed on microwave for use. Hairdryer: We currently do not have a hairdryer in the rental so you will have to bring your own. There are no outlets in the bathroom but there is one right by the door. Trash: The main trash bin is located outside the studio to the right. It is a large black bin with "Sunshine Complex" written on it. Ants: Do not leave food in the trash inside or lying around because it will attract ants/pests. This is anywhere you go in Jamaica. It is best to discard any leftovers in the trash bin outside or keep your food in a closed container in the mini-fridge. Parking: Parking is available on site. There is a security guard on-site in the nights so vehicles are secure, however, we will not be held responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles. Recommendations: Airport Transportation Airport Taxi – Please contact me to schedule pick up and drop off with a local taxi driver that you can utilize for airport pick up and drop off as well as other destinations.
