Sleep Inn & Suites West des Moines Near Jordan Creek

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the breakfast area was very neat and organized. We loved there was a walking trail right next to the hotel. The only negative was the wall heating unit.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was adequate. Only problem was no decaf coffee. Chair in room had some spots. Would stay again.

Stopped in at Sleep Inn after a miserable experience at another hotel in Rochester. Needed a handicapped room and had the good fortune to meet Mike. the General Manager. Great guy and a great room. you will not be disappointed with the service from Mike and his staff.

The establishment itself was very nice, but once we got into our room it was a bit different. I called the front desk on numer occasions due to the fact that their clock did not work properly and could not set it to the proper time andso we unplugged it the whole because the time was wrong and when i called the front desk, they didnt k ow how to fix it. Then i had told them that i had to have a wake up call at 3am and thank god that o was already awake because the wake up call never happened. Then i had also called the front desk abput needing extra towels and he told me i had to come get them from him. So i went down the hall to go get them from the desk clerk and he hannded me small towels, which in reality were handtoweĺs, not bath towels like i requested. I also asked him about how to figure out the television and i couldnt set anything up because he said that they were supposedly still setting up network in order to use the tv to its full potential. And last but not least, i was infuriated with my shower because i ended calling down to the front desk and asking for a phillips screwdriver to fix our shower because you should not have to try an̈d hold the sprayer in one hand because it wont stay up inside the shower.....it makes it very difficult to try and shower but couldnt get a screwdriver because the guy at the front desk didnt have a clue as to what he was doing so needless to say it didnt get fixed and it probably still isnt fixed and for basically 200 doll

Breakfast was normal hotel food, but well stocked and organized. Nice clean affordable hotel. Will certainly stay here again.

Very affordable. Breakfast was good. We;ll be back. We would like a hook on the back of the bathroom door.
